Wingback bed queen is easy to do because they do not require much, if any, sew. Just get a frame for the headboard, cover it with batting and fabric and staple it into three headboards. You make your own, you can use any fabric you prefer. Match curtains or wallpaper or go with something completely different. Headboard is cheap and versatile. The substance can be replaced as often as you prefer. A wingback bed queen is suitable for a classic look in the bedroom. You can also design one that fits wingback chairs. Cut plywood to desired shapes. Wingback headboard has three pieces, one back and two sides. The back must be a rectangle or approaching. If you prefer, it may have a slight curve to the top. The width must be as wide as the bed you set the headboard behind. The two sides are exactly the same goals. Cut foam to match the three pieces.
To make wingback bed queen. Sand wood with belt sanders or sandpaper. Cut your fabric and batting to cover the front rectangle headboard with about four inches extra on each side. Cut enough fabric and batting to cover the entire side piece plus more inches on all sides. Lower the fabric to the back of the floor, the right facing down. Place water on top, followed by foam piece. Lay back the three piece above the fabric, batting and foam, the right facing down. Pull fabric pages over the edge of the forest. Pull up a bit at a time. Snap the fabric together. Pin the fabric and batting to wood. Lay the fabric side pieces on the floor. Make batting, foam and wood on top.
Then to make wingback bed queen. Snap the fabric together. Staple it on the outside of the side piece where it will meet the back of the headboard. Leave it free where it must be broken on the outside of the side piece. Trim excess fabric on one side to keep it from getting lumpy. Put the side piece against the back of the headboard. The outside of the side piece should not be covered at this point. Turn piece on back piece. Screw through both layers of wood. Pull fabric around the outside of the side piece. Staple it to the back of the back head bed piece.
